| What is an Ultipad?
An Ultipad is made of a soft, visco elastic silicone material designed to provide
mechanical support of an electronics assembly, while reducing the thermal rise
of electronic components within that assembly.
Ultipads are custom preformed to fit your electronics assemblies like a glove. Our
patented Ultipads allow the assemblies to be easily installed, removed and re-installed
as needed. Themechanical and thermal properties of the Ultipad materials have been
optimized for use with electronics in extreme environments.
