Ulti-Pad preforms are made from a highly thermally conductive, vibration damped, visco elastic material. They are designed to provide full mechanical support and cushioning of an electronics assembly, while reducing the thermal rise of electronic components within that assembly.

Ulti-Pad preforms are custom formed to fit your electronics assemblies like a glove. Patented, they allow your electronics assemblies to be easily installed, removed and re-installed as often as needed.
